A lottery winner who has failed to collect a prize worth over £3 is being sought before it becomes too late to collect the prize.
The ticket for the Saturday February 9th draw was bought in the Sevenoaks district of Kent. The ticket holder is able to claim the prize of £3,094,304 until August 8th.
If the money isn’t claimed, then it, along with any interest its generated, will be donated to the National Lottery good causes.
If no-one comes forward to claim the cash before then, the money, plus all the interest generated, will go to the National Lottery good causes.
A spokesman for the National Lottery said, “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings. This amazing jackpot prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life. We’re urging everyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.”
Anyone who thinks that they are holding the winning ticket should call the National Lottery line on 0845 910 0000.
